Gastropreneurs aims to empower young people — with special attention to NEETs — to develop entrepreneurship skills in the field of gastronomy, promoting sustainable, local, and inclusive development in both rural and urban contexts.
The project embraces the idea that gastronomy is not only culture and creativity, but also an engine for innovation, sustainability, and employment. Through an engaging learning experience based on the principles of slow food and social responsibility, Gastropreneurs supports young people to turn their culinary passions into real business opportunities, while revitalizing local communities and preventing youth migration to big cities.
