The first face-to-face meeting of the Gastropreneurs project took place on 2–3 October 2025 in Porto Vecchio, Corsica, hosted by the coordinating partner CCSC – Communauté de Communes du Sud Corse. Representatives from all partner organisations—Communauté de communes du Sud-Corse, COOPERATIVE D’INITIATIVE JEUNES, ENAIP Lombardia, ISTANBUL VALILIGI and Plataforma HÁBITAT gathered to discuss the development of the Gastronomy Entrepreneurship Curriculum and the training contents.
During the meeting, the consortium approved the Dissemination and Sustainability Plan (WP6), which includes the project’s official logo, visual identity, website, and social media strategy. Partners also refined the competence framework, defined the 10 learning units, and agreed to align the training curriculum with EQF level 5 to better match the skills and aspirations of young learners.
Beyond technical discussions, partners enjoyed a guided visit through Porto Vecchio’s local gastronomy and culture, strengthening the spirit of collaboration that defines the project. The meeting concluded with renewed motivation and clear commitments for the next implementation phases.
