GASTROPRENEURS
The Community of Communes of Southern Corsica (CCSC) is a public institution for inter-municipal cooperation, located in Porto-Vecchio. CCSC works to foster sustainable economic growth, promote youth employment and support entrepreneurship through training, innovation, and local development. Its experience in tourism and gastronomy, together with its active role in European projects, makes it the perfect coordinator for Gastropreneurs.
The Cooperative Initiative Jeunes (CIJ) is a social enterprise promoting entrepreneurship and active citizenship among young people. Its Food Kube accelerator helps aspiring entrepreneurs to test and launch food-related projects in real environments. CIJ provides innovative pedagogical methods, cooperative learning tools, and mentoring expertise to strengthen young people’s creative and business capacities.
Enaip Lombardia is a leading vocational training foundation with 20 training centres in Italy. It provides education and professional training in catering, hospitality, agri-food, and tourism sectors, combining theory and practice through strong links with companies and experts. Enaip brings its pedagogical and technical expertise to support the development of high-quality training materials in the project.
The Governorship of Istanbul is the highest local public authority in the city, coordinating education, employment, and social initiatives across 39 districts. With extensive experience in EU projects, it brings expertise in youth empowerment, entrepreneurship education, and large-scale dissemination strategies.
Plataforma HABITAT is a Spanish NGO working to promote environmental awareness, sustainability, and social inclusion through education and community projects. It contributes to the project with its experience in sustainability education, communication, and creative engagement with youth.
